The Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) is a document that verifies that the essential safety measures (ESM) in your building—such as fire detection, sprinklers, passive systems, emergency lighting, and exit signage—are properly maintained and functioning in accordance with the National Construction Code or Australian Standards.
